Residential & Commercial Construction in Tampa
Architect-led design-build. New construction, renovations, permitting and construction management — from first sketch to final inspection.
About Pittman Design Group
Pittman Design Group is a Tampa design-build firm. We plan, permit and build new homes, renovations and commercial interiors.
Founded in 2020 by Dontavious Pittman — an architect and Florida Certified Building Contractor (CBC1263991) with a background in large-scale healthcare projects. Because design and construction sit under one roof, you get one point of contact, drawings that are buildable, and a team that stays with the job until you’re satisfied.

New Construction
Single-family homes and multi-unit residential, designed and built by one team — so the drawings and the budget agree from day one.
Renovations
Residential remodels and commercial interior build-outs, including medical and retail spaces. We walk you through each step and keep you updated.
Construction Management
Budgets, schedules, subcontractors and pay applications managed on your behalf, with clear reporting at every draw.
Permitting Services
Permit drawings, submittals and agency coordination in Tampa and Hillsborough County, so your project can break ground.
Designed by an architect. Built by a licensed contractor. Delivered by one team.
We listen first, so the finished job meets every need. When problems come up on site, the person who drew the plans is the person solving them.
